Your enquiry

Revora Studios uses the name, company, business email, optional phone number, project details and consent choices you submit to assess and respond to your enquiry. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in project notes.

Campaign information

When you submit a brief, available campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term), page address and any business-name personalization are included to help us understand the context of your enquiry. We do not require contact details to watch a film.

Optional contact

The enquiry permission allows us to respond to your request. Email marketing is a separate, optional choice. WhatsApp contact about the enquiry is also optional. Neither is preselected or required for an enquiry. You may withdraw optional permissions by contacting us or replying to our message.

Services and storage

Configured enquiry storage uses Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, or the form processor selected by the studio. Access is restricted to those handling enquiries. We retain details only as needed to respond, manage a resulting project, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; unused enquiries should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed.

Video and scheduling

Choosing to play a configured video loads Wistia, which processes technical playback information under its own privacy policy. Its do-not-track setting is enabled. Booking links open Calendly, which handles scheduling details under its own policy. These providers may process information in other countries.

Browser storage

This site does not install advertising pixels. Session storage remembers whether the introduction animation has played. The form does not save your contact details in browser storage.

Your choices and contact

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your submitted details by replying to the studio email that contacted you, or through the contact route on our website. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location.
